Consultations and Sessions. How it works?

• This is a 2hrs  full body-mind and general health assessment. Pulse reading etc. Where we will go over everything ( present and health history) and a full plan will be establish.

• In order to get back to your healthier state, your Ayurvedic Practitioner  needs to know you on a deeper level to get to the root cause of issues and to establish a personalized protocol that works for you to balance Doshas and fix it from the root.  Making lifetime changes for your health is not a quick process. You will go home with a plan to start right away and more likely with an Ayurvedic formula customized to your goals.

Include; Full assessment, Pulse reading, Dosha analysis, protocol with explanations of a customized daily routine plan, diet recommendations, and formula/herbs made at the moment special to your particular case (if need it)

 In many cases we are able to  manage it all in one single session. This 2 hrs $195 

 BUT in some challenging cases it may be necessary to follow up and to see the clients again, those are "follow up" sessions 

• Many times with more challenging cases, we may need to continue working and progressing in steps and phases or maybe we need to make adjustments to the original protocol as we reach your goals or for those where their treatment will require more extensive work after their initial 1st consultation. 
• Also, many of our existing clients like to come a couple of times per year or whenever they feel they need, to adapt the protocol to the new season to keep themselve balance through the year. A follow up appointment is the type of appoitment we do for these cases.

These times, the consultation is 1 hr long and can be in person or remotely (phone, Zoom etc)

• In this consultation we will work on what is bothering you at this time, one health concern.
• We will limited to provide solutions to this concern and herbal support.
• No full assesment or pulse reading. Only Vikruti, no Prakruti assessment.
• We will not set up a daily routine or protocol.

• If you can't come to our center (Ayurvedic Center in Austin) or for any other special reason and we need a long distance consultation, we can do that in different ways: by phone, Skype, What'sApp or Zoom (1 and  a half hrs $180 First time consultation and $100 follow ups 1 hr)

• Group presentations are available, we can host it in our center "Ayurveda Center in Austin" for your group or we can go to your location (send a message for details)
