This is done at home.
After meeting for a full consultation, you will take home everything you will need for your cleanse. In the folder you will have the instructions, step by step and day by day, exercises and the daily routines (day and night time). We will go over everything together and I will explain in detail every activity. During those days of cleanse we will have a daily "check in" call to make sure you have the one on one personal support throughout the whole program.
The Season or Reset clease is all done at home, following a expecifit diet, herbal medicine and infusions and enema. Each cleanse is tailored to each person base on Prakruti, Vikruti (dosha), time of the year, health status and goals.
- $250 includes herbs only.
-$300 includes herbs and Ghee, Dall, Spices, Neti pot and salt, Enema bag, copper tongue scraper, Abhyanga massage oil, Nasya oil, Ayurvedic soap, dry brush.
If you like to add a Heavy Metal detox and/or Parasite and Bacteria Management Protocol to your cleanse we offer those as extra option in any of our cleanses and Panchakarma programs for an extra $90.
